Well I won’t lie I have to take a note with this a marriage contract sounds like a good idea! It will make an interesting topic in my house but I’m gonna wait until I get my ring! This explains the drive that she has she has to have her back up plan relationships are wonderful but break-ups are messy and since she’s dealing with this in her life I can understand the need to make sure she is secure for herself not just him being secure and your backing his ride and forgetting about yourself!

Why would she need a back up plan? She got her own money, so if it doesn’t work out why does she need some of his also??? I don’t get it. He is better than me, cause the only prenuptial
agreement that I would agree to would be whatever money was yours before the marriage would remain yours if it doesn’t work(and vice versa). Whatever money we made from investments created after/while married would be split evenly(enforcements, clothing lines, businesses, etc established before the marriage would not fall into this equation). If we could not come to this agreement, I’d do it like Oprah and forget about the marriage thing!!!

This kind of thing would only work for celebrity or two people with a lot of money… sounds like they dont have a marriage, they have a business. (married for money rather than love/care for each other)
with that said… WE dont know what kind of stipulation Jay Z has towards Beyonce. It could be something that would crush her skull if she broke her terms. Now it makes sense why they both are watching their steps with each other. They probably hired lawyers to watch each other in case they screw up… SMH.

It’s interesting that the men think that Jay arranged this contract and that it is to save him and his fortune. Beyonce has consistantly made WAY more than Jay-z over the past 4 years.
