Kathryn Bigelow Becomes First Female To Win Best Director Award

Kathryn BigelowKathryn Bigelow made history as she became the first woman to receive the honor – and she beats out her ex-husband James Cameron’s ‘Avatar.’

‘This is the moment of a lifetime,’ says Bigelow, who receives her statuette from Barbra Streisand, who opines, ‘The time has come.’

The film took home 5 other Oscars, including Best Picture.

    Like Denzel, Halle and Syndey got honors on the same nights to appease blacks, this last Oscars was to appease Women. I liked her movie, but in no way shape or form was it Oscar worthy- not to mention she violated the agreement by sending out the vote encouraging emails, plus her movie was discredited by US Troops. The poli-tricks behind the Oscars is bizarre, to say the least, but of course, saying she’s the EX of James Cameron and how she BEAT him out, makes women happy all over, and is the bullcrap propaganda that sells in America today. Propaganda over real content.

This has nothing to do with us and we do not give a damn about the what a woman has accomplished. Hell, most white women have much better privileges than most black men have!
