You may already know this but people tend to stick to what they know, especially when it comes to food. Take a look at this list from abcnews.com and tell us if you’ve tried any of these foods and if they have a permanent spot in your home…

1. Kiwi (just scoop it straight from the skin!)
2. Broccoli rabe (sauté with olive oil, garlic and lemon)
3. Brazil nuts (munch on a couple)
4. Edamame (steam in the pod and sprinkle with salt)
5. Red lentils (cook lentils, then substitute them for chickpeas in hummus)
6. Quinoa (use instead of brown rice)
7. Canned salmon (throw on salads or in pasta sauces)
8. Prawns (shrimp) (stir fry with vegetables and serve with brown rice)
9. Whole grain and multigrain pastas (swap these for all your white pasta)
10. Pomegranate (toss the seeds on salads or mix them with yogurt)

    From what I’ve heard, blueberries and acia berries are the top antioxidant providers out there….

    Pomegranite is also high in antioxidants…

    And don’t forget about White tea. It’s more powerful than Green Tea or Black Tea when it comes to antioxidants…

    I find it flat out HILARIOUS….yet…extremely disappointing….but ALSO very point proving how black people respond to everything regarding rap…but leave topics like the ones that would help us slim the f**k down and live longer the hell alone….sigh….ridiculous…

    What????? I am a Healthy junk! I only eat healthy stuffs since I been giving up on greasy food junks 4 years ago ‘cuz I just found out that the real way to lose weight is to eat healthy , it may take a weight but it is worthy to feel better first in eating fine foods. It is just like you hear all lying hair product but hair people been telling you to not listen because the only way is to wash it out with shampoo that has no sulfar and put on conditioner ever 2 weeks but be sure use “leave in condionter” spray and use any kind grease …I changed mind I dont want long hair just healthy hair. that same with my body! If you have healthy then it is just in process to get something accomplished and better.
