		<description>i started spinning last month. i really enjoy it and take at least two spin classes a week. it has really improved my aerobic capacity as my heart rate recovery is getting faster. warning: your butt is going to get really sore the first time. i got over it by not taking the next day off and hopped on the eliptical machine for 35 minutes the next day. it helped a lot.</description>
