Rewriting articles already written without crediting it&#039;s source is called plagiarism.  A banana and a piece of toast (any cheap whole grain bread) with honey is all the breakfast you need.  All that other crap will get you fat, quick.  Anyone that recommends pork as part of a &quot;healthy&quot; breakfast needs to be pimp slapped.</description>
