    This is a very terrible example of yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and I find this very said description of yoga offensive. I suggest that anyone seriously interested in learning to properly practice yoga, visit a yoga center and learn how to properly work with the postures and learn how to breathe properly also. These postures thrown up on this site can cause injury if not executed properly.
