    what might make it easier is when you do ab work, incorporate exercises that will work your entire core (which includes your back) instead of just your abs.

    Can’t view the video. But I want to work out my back. I lost all of my weight recently, and I am in the process of tightening my body up. I hate having an ugly back. I don’t show my back because my clothes are very conservative, but I want it to look good when I shed my clothes.

    Another area that strengthens the back thru exercise is called the iliac crest–the sides above your waist line. Whittle this as well to give your waist definition and make that “dent” in your lower back more pronounced.
