Everyone should indulge once in a while, even if you are on a diet. Here are some nutritious ways to eat what you want without damaging your diet.

If you crave ice cream, spoon out a half- cup of your favorite flavor and stick to brands with an ingredient list of milk, cream, and sugar

Water Is Your BFF

Sip water between bites of an indulgence, while chewing food slowly. This makes foods easier to digest.

Mix The Good With The Bad

Top ice cream with fruits or nuts. Or mix candy such as M&Ms with nuts and pretzels

Don’t Blame it on the Alcohol

If you want an alcoholic drink, sip one after a nutritious meal and follow with a glass of water. You are more likely to overindulge (craving junk food) during happy hour.
