If your like most people, you probably do a ton of things in the day.  You have little room for sleep and guess what?! That’s a problem! Sleep is essential if you ever plan on finishing that report that’s already two days late! Whatever you plan on accomplishing follow these 5 tips in gaining sleep below:

1. Make your bedroom a haven for sleep.

How to make a bed.

2. Become a creature of habit.

3. Reserve your bed just for sleeping and sex.

4. Tame your tummy.

5. Watch the caffeine.

    I learned it’s a bad idea to eat any chocolate within two hours of going to sleep. NIGHTMARES!!!!
