Look up Aspartame. It's in almost all 'diet' food products and gums and other candy. This is known to give CANCER to anything it was tested on; very harmful to our bodies. But yet we consume it on a large scale amount, just research Aspartame, it's a deadly chemical.

I would just buy a juicer and mix it if I dont eat it seperate. Diet sodas aint good for you who they think they fooling. It is like wine...it is not the wine thats good for you it is the antioxdiant within the wine. They say that red wine ads 5 years to your life..it's all bullshit!

* Each soda normally has about 120 calories in it.
    * 1 soda a day = 3,600 calories a month.
    * 3500 calories = 1 pound of fat / month
    * 1 pound / month = 12 pounds / year

Hmm, I learned something in nursing school... Citrate "which inhibits calcium formation"; ALSO BREAKS DOWN CALCIUM IN YOUR BONES! DUH! Diet soda is awful for your bones! I've had kidney stones AND broken bones, and I'd rather have a few more stones than suffer from broken and week bones. Thanks.. Lol. If you want healthy bones and reduced risk of kidney stones, take calcium with vitamin D. Calcium alone is pretty worthless, as you need vitamin D to help you absorb it. If you absorb the calcium like you're supposed to, you would not have a build up of it in your kidneys. Because careful with vitamins though, because you CAN overdose on fat soluable vitamins. [A, D, E, K] ASK YOUR DOCTOR... Please don't take tips from articles without consulting YOUR physician...

MMMmmmm!I personally like Rihanna because she is iconic/in many ways talent/attractive among other things. On the other hand although I dont think Rihanna is a lesbian-Gay. I do beleive the girl is either bi-sexual or bi-curious. Come to think of it, if she loves it both ways? That makes her even more intresting. Rihanna girl you are WANTEDDDD! The Bsharpp2 “Rihanna Shakee” on myspace/youtube about Rihanna/Chris Brown/Janet Jackson/Etc (even Oprah is in it) brakak it down perfectly about her could very well be bi-sexual or bi-curious. Check it out!
