well if she was just wearing this to preform in i dnt see a really big problem with that. im not really a nicki fan but i think she is cute and it’s nothing wrong with the barbie trend… the whole idea is to appeal to children. who do think listens to her music?? children. evrything about her is to appeal to kids because she seems to be a big kid herself.. i feel like the ladies get jealous of nicki but it’s nothing to hate on. evrybody is different and only a few are bold enough to be uniquely themselves. this woman is out there trying to make her money just like you and me… (if you knew more about the Harajuku culture and the fact that nicki is part asian you would understand her style more.. it actually has a point behind it)

I work with young girls and I work in the community Nikki is not the type of woman I would encourage any young girl to aspire to be.

the leggings are cute. the outfit is FUG. i use to like nicki mixtapes but every since she a little bit more popular she her lyrics turned into trash. and that barbie(plastic/fake) trend is not the move.

i actually heard this one chick say she loves the barbie look and so does her 5 year old daughter…i was like wtf. you actually encourage your lil girl to dress and act that way. but then again i shouldnt have been surprised considering she is 22 with 4 kids lol. but i always put the blame on the parents and not the artists, cuz artists are trying to make that mulah baaaaby (ok that was an attempt at connecting nicki with wayne lol). but they are not gonna care about their influence on your children and really why should they. but as far as her image being a disgrace to our race and gender….i agree.
