Maxwell taped his “VH1 Storytellers” special earlier this month where he and his 10-piece band performed in front of an intimate 150-person audience.
During the 12-song set, he performed hits from all his albums and invited fans to dance on stage.
His new mustache and beard (and biceps!) were a bit of a shock. We think we prefer him clean-shaven!
“VH1 Storytellers: Maxwell” will premiere on June 17 at 11 p.m.
