What’s Going On With Frankie’s Hair???

We came across these photo of Tiny & Toya with the OMG Girls and all seemed normal until we took a closer look and saw Keyshia Cole’s mother Frankie on the scene. What the hell is going on with that woman’s hair?? You think with all the press she’s creating for herself she’d be able to get herself a proper wig/weave/hair piece.

    Answer: Same thing that goes on with any strung out persons hair; it’s jacked up!!! Have ya seen some of the other celebs that’s “on it” mug shots? They too crunk to care. Even Whitney got a pic with her wig lookin’ whack from back when she was on crack.
