Why does everyone Credit Cassie for this Dated and Old look..its Not new…She not the first to do it. In 2006-2007, Model Alice Dellal has been rocking this cut for a few years now, & Fashion Designer/Singer KESH did a series of cuts, this one was one of them..Then Kelis Made it fly and exceptable in the Hip-Hop Community.This Style is a retro look for the 80′s that should be thrown out…I did this look back in 07..too me.. its just too dated..just go bald now like Grace Jones, or Demi Moore In GI Jane…lol..now thats a risk more than lookin like a half skin head in Cassie’s case.

Pepa circa 89 the push it video, look it up. Cassie was looking for inspiration and found it watching that. I’m telling you but I’m not impressed by none of these females. I’d be more impressed if some of them did what they were first known for which is singing. Cassie really only carries a tune but hell that’s what you got in the press so go make a freakin’ new album already. Life’s not all about being a jump off or eye candy, or someone’s arm piece. I guess I should say the entertainment Life isn’t at least it used to not be this way.

Yes, it will grow back… but that growing out phase ain’t no joke! It will take years for her bald side to reach the length of her original hair, and that’s just too much commitment for a fad that will die in a few months (but there’s always weave, I guess). Also, I don’t know how she styles this look, but I’ve only seen her wearing her hair one way since the baldie. No sense in getting a cut that only allows you to rock one style (again, especially if it’s just a fad). It may have the people buzzing right now, but it was a bad decision from a long-term perspective, IMO.
