		<description><![CDATA[AWESOME!!! So glad this was posted! I just, last Thursday went and got a gym memebership and signed up with a trainer. Now I sure as heck don&#039;t have the loose income to throw at a trainer, but when I calculated how much I spent on eating out, &#039;snacks&#039;, junk food, Starbucks, dranks at the club and fast food. Then thought about the negative results of this, I KNEW I could afford a trainer to help me, and teach me to get to those good results. 

I&#039;m sooooo pissed I allowed myself to get this out of shape. It ain&#039;t about &#039;skinny&#039; it&#039;s about health. I&#039;m affecting my health. I&#039;m making bad choices in front of my child. Stick to it ladies!!!

BTW~ Don&#039;t starve ya self...3 light meals...2 healthy snacks...

		<description><![CDATA[Get the IPHONE, the lose it app is a good tool.  I track everything. And its working.  You have to just say I&#039;m going to do it and just do it. I&#039;m so tired of feeling sorry for myself, and hating on those who put forth the effort to lose weight.  Its my turn now to make the change.  It was hard going to the gym by myself, but then I thought &quot;I put it on by myself&quot;. I&#039;m just taking it one day at a time.  Brownie140 don&#039;t give up.  Pray on it and go for it. I&#039;m doing this now because I need to many many pounds, and I&#039;ve always had the hardest time despite not eating a lot of junk. 

I&#039;m using this free iPhone application called LoseIt to monitor my calories and it is really working. I&#039;ve lost 7 pounds in three weeks, and my goal is 2 pounds a week to be good in time to shop for my dress for my  best friend&#039;s wedding in November. Wish me luck!]]></description>
