Not only that, have you all ever considered your own visibility? Some of you may be looking for jobs or looking for better opportunities. Here you are making all sorts of judgements about people’s size, color, sexuality…and ya’ll niggaz don’t even realize that some people who visit sites like these MAY be hiring managers or recruiters–hell, they may already be YOUR manager and if that person is overweight or possesses a characteristic that you have been attacking, how do you think you’ll rate with them?
