it’s mos definitely art!!!!! I always thought it was art on people even if it looked “tacky” or “ghetto” to many. The only reason i never got into gettn my own nails done regularly especially as dramatic as those above is because i never thought i could do much with all that shit on my hands. But asians are the ones who usually do peoples nails and bring designs in ones head to life on your nails why wouldn’t you see that asian as doin art?, so for the writer to imply as if it was just a black thing and is just now considering it art cus the asians have shows for it, is kinda ignorant becuase it always been this way. Art is art…now would i rock them…ummm prolly not
