The suspect charged in the death of Kandi Burruss’ ex-fiance A.J. Jewell, Frederick Richardson, has been released from the Fulton County jail on a $10,000 bond.

According to eurweb.com, he posted bond early Tuesday morning,  and his attorney is seeking to have the charges dismissed on the basis that A.J.’s death was the result of complications from sickle cell anemia. The medical examiner has not determined a cause of death and further tests are pending.
