Wow at some of these comments is what I say. For most women, sex is an emotional thing and for most men it is simply physical. I am a woman and I get attached emotionally and I personally am not perfect but I feel that I should have sex when I am married. I strongly believe in soul ties and I do not want to be connected to anyone that I do not have a future with. But making someone wait because you want to “train” or “control” them is a bit ridiculous. If you make someone wait, do it because you feel it is the right thing for you, not because you want to control them. And yes I do believe that people will respect you for the wait but do not confuse respect with “oh he is going to wait too and be with me.” This would be an inaccurate statement, not a reality. Some men will respect you because of your beliefs just as they could respect you if you had sex with them. Either way gain respect through simply being true to yourself and your beliefs and above all things respecting yourself.
