Oprah called into the Sirius/XM Satellite Radio show of her BFF Gayle King to dish about her new BFF Jay-Z. The daytime talk show is so smitten with Jay that she recently loaned Jay and Beyonce her yacht.
“Jay-Z is my new best friend!” she said, recalling her two-hour interview with him for her magazine, O.
She said she’s still not a huge fan of his music, but was bowled over by his warm personality – and scent.
“He was so charming and delightful – and he smelled so good,” she says. “It’s the kind of thing where you hug a guy and the scent is sort of buried in them,” she explains. “When we went to the second location I could still smell him on me it was like, ‘oh my, this is wonderful!’”
Oprah can get that smell in a bottle as Jay will launch his X Rocawear fragrance next month in celebration of the label’s 10th anniversary.
