Yeah, a majority of females abuse the CS system in order to get government assistance at a fast pace. Housing (paying out 90%), 300$ worth of food stamps per child, the gov’t will even give out a large lump sum loan that the said father has to pay. lol it’s ridiculous, bet ya’ll didn’t know that… But, it’s a hustle for those females that just want to sit on their asses and settle for gov’t asstnce. I just say ladies don’t abuse the system, it’s for the kids man. THE KIDS… and men, pay your child support(it’s on ya credit!!! forever!!!) and also spend time w/ your children…

Its a shame that alot of women abuse the court system to take every last penny a dude has just to spend that money on themselves. I really do hope that the government really starts paying attention to stuff like this.

I think that the court should start monitoring how the mothers who file for child support are spending this money, so they can find out the truth, whether or not they spending it on thereselves.

Paternity was confirmed just 30 days ago. I hope the reason he has not been served is because he is out of the country making the money to pay the child support. I wonder though how many ppl truly paid attention to the whole article and how many just focus on the negative headline. As far as this African, non-African, half-breed, pure breed, white/black thing PLZ both MEN & WOMEN run from responsibilities.

Intercourse/intimacy is a two person game. Granted he has a larger interest to protect (Financially/Publicly) but in the end just plain disregarding using protection on both ends is risking sumthing much bigger; their health and the exposure to to others whom come in contact with them and make the same mistake. Procreation of a child which could possibly come to this world infected or with problems is another very important variable lets not forget a child can be infected if either parent is a carrier.

We are all guilty of the same crime, we have all made that mistake at least once while knowing better. Condom yes but think about to we all practice what we preach 100% of the time?

The update to this story proves my original post thoughts of a SMEAR CAMPAIGN… Paternity established 30 days ago in a state where he DOES NOT reside… This kind of paperwork shuffling takes about 30 to 45 days in states where the residency is the same so stop the bull this man has at least 6 other children that he cares for and I’m sure he isn’t going to just kick this one to the curb….

This was an opportunity for the attorney to get his/her name out there and a 15 minutes of fame moment for the mother…

And it blows me to no end at the thoughts many have regarding child support/responsibility/child rearing/etc… Every child deserves to have a relationship with both parents but we as people need to get it straight and know that we can’t force it to be done the way we may want in our situations… FACT: The court system fails MOST men who try to be responsible legally and all you attorneys on BP know this…. Vindictive relationships are hurting our children, not irresponsible fathers…. People, ladies especially research this stuff so you are aware at what really is going on among the majority of so called “Dead Beat Dad’s”… I haven’t met a women yet who has said she would be happy or willing to pay any amount of money that was dictated by a court in these cases when decision is reversed… Most of the time they stop working altogether and we never hear a word more about it….

When the ship has sank, there is no raising it back up and smooth sailing… You do what you can to get back to shore, often without the crew… Then sometimes you just get lucky
