i commend her for coming out and taking up for her child’s father…it is not the first time you have seen kids dancing or listening to music like this though. the media just take things and blow it out of proportion for no reason. She just wanted to be on stage with her dad…DAMN. when men dont spend time with their kids, then people want to complain, when they do spend time with them people still complain. you just cant seem to satisfy anybody

No, he didn’t think it through and more is being made of this than what it really is. But the bottom line is the baby-momma. Does she feel she has THE RIGHT (because she is the mother) to stand up and comment on everything he does? Then change the name of the show from Tiny and Toya to Baby-Momma from Hell. So what if ‘he was your first everything’ And now he is gone. You are not the first one this has happened to and you will not be the last. Sad to say, but this happens to women all over the world. See it isn’t just Wayne (but since it was his baby girl on stage the focus is mainly on him) One of the cats on sage rapped about want miley cyrus when she turns 18~ Wayne knows the song-he knows what it represented and he should have been more protective of his child & her friends.

It isn’t as if he was just bringing her on stage to enjoy the show, because he had brought her on stage when he accepted his award. I as a parent don’t understand why he would use his daughter and her friends as stand in groupies…cuzz that’s exactly what they looked like. Drake stated it was impromptu and unplanned…why not call the thousands of grown hoochies that were ALL OVER the Shrine Theater to go on stage? Why the babies? I just don’t get it.

when i first seen the awards i had to double take because i was like DAMN these woman look like lil ass girls..but then i realized it was his daughter and prolly a couple of her lil friends…i dnt see nothng wrong wit it at all except maybe the song choice was a lil wrong for lil girls there age to be dancin to on stage but it was all of of fun and the public should be ashamed to take it so far and to call it child pornograghy that is FUCKIN REDICULOUS!!! and yes i said it…tryin to make somethin out of nothing it was simple mistake we all human damn the man was just tryin to show his daughter a good time and i know she had a good time so everybody just need to leave it alone…and move on thats wrong with the world everybody like drama and dont know how to mind they business

i personally think that alot of people are making this into something bigger than it is. Wayne is very good with his daughteer and wud do anything to see her smile. which is what happened at the awards. wrong timing… yes. he obviously did not think it thru but that does not mean he should be crucified or that he does not love or respect his daughter. if people wud stay outta dis mans life and worry about what the hell their own kidsd are exposed 2 (probably know the song better than they know their abc’s) the world wud be a better place

I’m just waitin to see if lil’ wayne is goin to say anything bout it. I really don’t think Toya, nor BET knew that would be the song that the girls would come out on and hell it took me a few secs to really figure out that it was really lil girls on the stage. The only reason i’m sayin that before anyone has somethin to say to me bout what i said is due to the fact i’m 25 and i look younger then my age so i had to really look at them to make sure i wasn’t lossing my mind. I glad that BET, Drake, and Toya all came out and said something bout the whole thing. I still feel that lil wayne need to say somethin cause of the fact it makes him look bad even if he had two or three or how ever many kids on the way. She is his oldest and her and her friends shouldn’t have to deal with the fall of what happen that night.

I find this explaination by toya to be bull (you know the rest) because while lil wayne was performing, BET cameras were on toya and tiny and it looked like they were having a grand ol’ time with the performance. I feel that people are only apologizing because of the outcry of the public. It saddens me that the public had to say anything for people to see how wrong it was to have little children on stage while lil wayne talks about how “he wish he could have sex with everyone in the world”.

lil wayne is a dope head and disconnected from reality! its apparent he is not disturbed by his own lyrics or that his daughter shouldnt be subjected to that type of language. i can only imagine what she hears and sees on a daily basis at home with him. children should stay children and not be exposed to the pitfalls of fame as it is.

Has Lil Wayne apologized? He’s the father, the head of Young Money, and the oldest of the people on stage. Drake, the BET awards, and the mother, but Wayne’s @ss is probably somewhere making another daughter instead of thinking about his actions in this situation with his first. I know fathers generally spoil their daughters but he should’ve said “NO” when and if she asked to be on stage when he performed. Having her on stage when he accepted an award was enough!

Lil Wayne is ignorant! Yea some of his beats are catchy however, I am from the old school of hip hop and my hip hop heroes didn’t dis women. They rapped about being fresh or who had the dopest lyrics ie suker mc’s. How refreshing it would be to get back to that. Hey, I’m old enough to remember the real deal but young enough to challenge hip hop artists to stop being sell outs and respect us as a people and our culture. Toya I am not sure what you were thinking… yes it was a poor move on your part by allowing you daughter to be on the stage doing a song that is clearly adult. She had no business being up there. The people that should be accountable should be you and your exhusband, BET and anyone adult who approved this act. I will cut you some slack…your all are very young.
