Actress Tiffany Haddish’s skyrocket into Hollywood success did not come easy.

1. Became The Matriarch Of Her Family At A Young Age
As the oldest of five children, Haddish became the primary caregiver of her siblings at the age of 9. When the kids were put in foster care, Haddish used comedy as a way to cope with her changing environment. At 17, Haddish attended the Laugh Factory Comedy Camp where she was mentored by other comedic heavy hitters including Richard Pryor and the Wayans Brothers.
2. Became The Undisputed Star Of Girls Trip
Although Haddish made her way through the Hollywood circle guest starring on That’s So Raven, Chelsea Lately and Def Comedy Jam, Tiff’s big break came with the 2017 box office success of Girls Trip.
