Like many of you, #TeamBeautiful can relate to how frighteningly easy it is to forget to take our lunch break. However, that hour is a very valuable part of the workday that shouldn’t be pushed to the wayside. There are a number of science-backed reasons that support why lunch breaks are so important.
For example, it replenishes one’s mental energy, and we all know how essential mental energy is to being productive. More importantly, this free time is an opportunity to discuss pop culture and laugh with your coworkers.
