Stop using soaps made with animal proteins

Reduce the amount of laundry detergent used in the laundry.

Stop smoking

Stop eating pork and reduce the amount of beef and chicken eaten

Eat more vegetables, fruits and Navy bean soup

Get plenty of fresh air

In otherwords, take better care of self and children.
