You’ve heard Teyana Taylor’s music, seen her on movie screens and even spotted her slaying in photo shoots, but did you know she’s also got a passion for dance?  She may not be formally trained, but the Harlem, New York native has been putting in work to perfect her moves for some time now. “I’ve been a choreographer since I was like eight,” she told us when we caught up with her (and her new platinum ‘do!) at the Radio One and The Blitz Showcase (formerly Frequency News) urban artist showcase, The Blitz. “Me and my sister used to dance together. I’d see a dance and then I’d come and wind up choreographing the whole thing.”

These days the entertainer is showing off her sexiest moves in the new music video for her Pusha T-assisted track “Maybe,” a song that will appear on her debut album “7,” due for release October 21. She’s got a lot more on her plate for that month with appearances on August Alsina’s “Testimony Live” tour, a new BET show “The Start Up” alongside Diggy Simmons and the release of her new extensions line, Taylor’d Textures.  Watch her work!
