Megaa, meet the world. World, meet Megaa!

Singer Omarion introduced his baby boy Megaa to the world, early this morning, and after going through our fair share of “oohs and ahhs” we’re totally having baby fever. Seriously, can we hold him?

The MMG star announced that his girlfriend Apryl Jones gave birth (a process he called a “miracle”) on Instagram. After gushing over his newborn, he praised Apryl for delivering Mega natural. The couple gave birth at home.

“World. 🌍. Allow me to introduce. MEGAA OMARI GRANDBERRY,” he wrote. “He is 7 pounds. 4oz & 20 inches long. My son I’ve been waiting on you 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌. God is the realist!! I witnessed a miracle. My soul mate @aprylsjones is so strong! Not only did she have a un medicated birth (no drugs) she did it at home. Naturally. Just like my mom had me. 🙌. I love you. thank you for having my legacy. I’ll forever belong to you & you will forever be tied to me. Creating a child takes no love or skill but being a parent requires lots of both. 💯. Thanks for watching me grow. #MEGAAhome #OmarionsonMEGAA #donthateonmysonsnameillkillya #Nolol #royalObloodline #blasain #mysongotgoodhair #freshpitthewombhandsom alright. I love y’all 💯.”

We caught up with Omarion at the 2014 BET Awards, before Apryl gave birth, and asked him about any fears he might have going into fatherhood. The “Sex Playlist” singer told us this:

“I really don’t have any fears. First of all, I’m a big brother–I’m the oldest so I understand the importance of shaping and inspiring a person’s mind and also I’ve seen the effects of my music. I’m actually excited about fatherhood. It’s that time for me. I grew up in front of the world and it’s time for them to know I’ve grown up too.”

Congrats!
