I love tropical locations and I love to cook, so when I got a chance to go to Jamaica and take a cooking class, I almost couldn’t contain my excitement. Over at the Plantation House in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, not only do you get to tour the beautiful grounds filled with local herbs, but you can sign up to take a cooking class that shows you how to cook up authentic jerk chicken, callaloo, coconut shrimp and festival (a Jamaican dumpling).
