		<description><![CDATA[Mzluvli3, I don&#039;t know if I could bare to watch myself in a full length mirror yet (LOL) but I do look at myself every day watching my waist shrink. I do love that hourglass shape (yippee). I also weight myself daily although we are taught not to do this. I have to do it for medical reasons surrounding my heart. I think many times we just forget about moderation and just dive right in for the kill when we eat. I would also suggest putting your snacks into little baggies instead of eating right out of the snack bag. We tend to eat more when food is in larger bags. You can still do the grill cheese but you need to use low fat or fat free cheese. Fries are just a waste of carbohydrates but if you crave them then just have 3 or 4 of them.  Try and limit the number of fat foods in your diet and get plenty of fruits and vegetables. I have learned from my nutritionist that the best way to lose the weight and keep it off is to chew slowly and until your food is in smaller pieces. And we all know we should drink plenty of water and exercise. It has worked for me because I have lost 74 pounds since November 2008. I still eat what I want but I have to watch how it is cooked. Limiting fats and sugars in your meal plan (diet is such an ugly word) can help you to lose minimum 15 pounds in the first month. It was hard giving up my Coca-Cola because that was my drug of choice but it worked and I am so much happier.]]></description>
