The sex tape starring “Love and Hip Hop” cast members Mimi Faust and boo thang Nikko Smith hasn’t hit the web yet but it’s already a hit. Vivid Entertainment says the adult flick is one of the hottest pre-sellers the company has ever seen.

According to founder and co-chairman Steve Hirsch, Mimi and Nikko’s raunchy video has sold more than $400,000 in pre-sales just off the trailer! Hirsch told TMZ this is the best pre-orders in Vivid’s history.
“Mimi & Nikko: Scandal in Atlanta,” which launch a national craze for super-sting shoer rods, officially hits Vivid.com on Monday.
