Rihanna and Eminem have already proven themselves to be a chart-topping duo, so why not take their act on the road?
Well, according to XXL, they are! The “Monster” and “Love the Way You Lie” performers are embarking on a mini-stadium tour together this summer. The magazine reports the show will kick off in August with stops planned for New York, Los Angeles and Detroit.
“There are some shows coming up with Rihanna,” the rapper said in an exclusive interview. “It’s a three-city tour: New York, L.A. and Detroit coming in August. The Monster Tour.”
Eminem told Rolling Stone that his latest mega-hit with Rihi was “not necessarily a sequel, as much as it is a revisitation” to the past. “To me, it’s more about the vice, and it’s more about the nostalgia,” he said.
Dates and ticketing information for the tour have not yet been announced.
