Mayor Kasim Reed was guided by Monica Brown’s voice as he was sworn in for a second term yesterday afternoon. The southern belle sang “Good Morning America” and brought the soul to the Atlanta Mayoral Inauguration. With cellphone in hand, Monica belted out the lyrics and wowed the audience with her effortless showing of powerhouse vocals.
