Michael Jackson’s estate has had enough of Dr. Conrad Murray, and his recent comments about holding the singer’s penis every night was the last straw.
According to reports, the the MJ setae issued a cease and desist letter to the ex-con, demanding him to stop running his mouth about the deceased pop star.
“Your recent comments to the media about Mr. Jackson’s medical treatment and ultimate death shamefully violate the physician-patient privilege under California law,” attorney Howard Weitzman wrote in the letter.

It goes on to call Murray a coward for talking about Jackson’s personal matters with the media and not during his 2011 manslaughter trail.
“Your interviews about Mr. Jackson’s personal life, health, and recent stories about the medical treatment you supposedly provided him as a ‘friend,’ disclose precisely the type of information that the physician-patient privilege is designed to protect,” Weitzman added.
In conclusion, the estate threatened to file suit or advise the medical board if Murray keeps talking.
