I’ll be very honest, I was ready to give Miley Cyrus the benefit of the doubt. Let me elaborate… I was only one minute into her new video “Wrecking Ball” at the time. Cyrus isn’t exactly a peach in the public’s eye right now after a vulgar and confusing performance at the 2013 VMAs, but, like I said, I was ready to let that go, if she could actually deliver a decent music video to accompany her song.
It all started to unravel once Miley licked a sledge hammer then revealed her nipples through a translucent wife beater. It only got worse from there, as she rode a wrecking ball naked and licked the steel some more.
“Wrecking Ball” wouldn’t be such a wreck if Miley would have relied on her music rather than exploiting her pale body for a wow-factor. Unlike Rihanna’s “Stay” video, the “Wrecking Ball” visuals is far from tasteful. Such a shame, the song is actually good.
