Miguel‘s level of celebrity has just about reached the point where silly arrests and things begin to happen. He joins the long list of celebrities who have been busted for DUIs. California Highway Patrol officers pulled over the 27-year-old singer in his 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows on an L.A. freeway around 2:15am, reports TMZ.
Miguel was given a breathalyzer test, and you can guess it, he failed. Miguel reportedly blew a .10 and .11. The legal limit is .08. He was reprimanded then released on $5,000 bail.
Miguel’s hit song “Adorn” landed him a performance at the 2013 Billboard Awards where he accidentally leg dropped a fan in the audience and landed on her head. The “How Many Drinks” singer has yet to live down the incident, but we think he may have topped himself with this arrest.
