Rumor swirled that Justin Timberlake would be sued by the foundation Take Back The Night because of one of his latest singles of the same name. The “Mirrors” singer claimed he’d never heard of the organization and the executive director of Take Back The Night, Katherine Koestner claims, “Everyone at Take Back the Night is really shocked, because normally, we get asked when people want to use the name.”

The Take Back The Night Foundation serves to create safe communities and respectful relationships through awareness events and initiatives. We seek to end sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual abuse and all other forms of sexual violence.
