Has Kenya Moore ever been married? No, Kenya Moore has not been married, though it’s easy to see why fans of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star might have thought otherwise. In 2007, years before the Detroit native and winner of both the 1993 Miss Michigan and Miss USA pageants joined the RHOA cast, pictures began circulating of Kenya wearing a wedding dress and standing next to a handsome dude in a tux. As it turns out, the photos were promo shots from “Trapped: Haitian Nights,” an indie film Moore made with actor Rudolph “Rudy” Moise, as WetPaint.com reports.

Kenya Moore never married Moise, her costar, but according to Straight From the A, the model, actress, author and producer did have an affair with Rudy, who was married at the time. It’s even rumored that Kenya tried to sue Moise after the relationship fell apart, though as the site admits, such allegations are “all hearsay.”

Why has Kenya Moore never been married? It might have something to do with her troubled history with men. In a 1993 interview with People, Moore revealed that she’d been in an abusive relationship with a boyfriend who stabbed her with a nail file. “If there is any sign of their being insecure, I won’t get involved,” Moore told People, according to Wetpaint.com.

Will Kenya Moore ever get married? She’s reportedly dating an African oil tycoon, but there’s no word yet on whether the pair will tie the knot. If they do, Kenya may find herself on a new series: “Real Housewives of Dubai.”
