If you watch “Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta” then you know K. Michelle never misses an opportunity to tell you how she really feels. She’s opinionated and outspoken, but in her latest video, the Memphis songstress shows fans there’s more to her than what you see on TV.

In the visuals for “Half Of It,” an Emeli Sande-penned track from Rihanna’s Unapologetic album, K. Michelle sings about her struggle to be a make good decisions and portray a good image on television.

“Saw me on the television, actin’ up and slappin’ b**ches/ And I ain’t proud of how I’ve been livin’/ I pray the Lord my soul’s forgiven,” she sings. “I want them to be better than me, better than the fool they see me act on TV.”

The new cover record comes just a week after the release of her first single “V.S.O.P,” from her forthcoming debut album Rebellious Soul.
