As a true bred Cali girl I live for Cinco de Mayo! I know it is a few weeks before your big beach trip ladies and that last thing I want to do is wreck your diet. So I whipped up and sampled some of these light Cinco De Mayo treats just for you!

Agave Berry RAD Margaritas
Spiked antioxidants anyone? Healthy “Ritas” on deck.
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons sugar
1 lime wedge
3 1/2 cups fresh (or frozen and thawed) blueberries
1/2 cup tequila
2 tablespoons agave
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Triple Sec (orange-flavored liqueur)
Lime wedges (optional)
Preparation:
Place 2 teaspoons sugar on small plate. Rub the rims of 6 glasses with 1 lime wedge; spin rim of each glass in sugar to coat. Set aside. Combine blueberries, tequila, agave, fresh lime juice and Triple Sec in a blender; blend until smooth. Fill each prepared glass with 1/2 cup crushed ice. Add 1/2 cup margarita to each glass. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired. Cheers!
