The former video girl has made a name for herself outside the “Jessica Rabbit” moniker she was given because of her coke-bottle frame. Ford has gone from video girl to actress to TV personality to business woman, getting her feet wet in real estate. While many people will label her as only a pretty face with an enviable body, Melyssa knows her worth. “I wasn’t prostituting myself, but some people think that I was.”
She’s never once been embarrassed of her work as a beautiful woman, shaking what her momma gave her for the world to see. Once in an interview, Melyssa even explained that her work is demeaning to women, but she’s “countered it by being a contributing member of society.”Through charity work with the Center For Disease Control and Prevention, Ford has won plenty of awards for AIDS activism.

*** The best way to get over a breakup…Woo Lord! I just had one, how did I survive? I called up all my friends and was like, ‘If I call you, that means come over and get the pill bottle out of my hands.’ Scorpios love hard. *****What was your last moment of lust…shit. Well, I’m currently dead from the neck down, so it hasn’t been for at least seven months. I’m counting because it’s a first for me. I’m a Scorpio and we’re ruled by our genitals, so this is a first for me–not wanting to have contact with any penis. It’s choice. My brain has refocused itself and my libido went on vacation, it took my heart with her. I’m just focused. Don’t pity me, I con concentrate for once in my life. I’m good!
