Starring Omari Hardwick, Emayatzy Corinealdi and David Oyelowo,“Middle Of Nowhere” chronicles Ruby’s journey as a woman waiting for her husband to complete his eight year prison sentence. In the time Derek (Ruby’s husband) is in jail, she meets a kind stranger named Brian, (played by Oyelowo) who wants to be the man that she’s missing in her life. Ruby’s forced to make a choice to continue being loyal to her husband or to follow her own happiness outside of those prison walls that are holding her husband and her heart captive.

Ruby’s story stretches past her incarcerated husband and wraps itself tight in her fight to get him back home, development of new relationships and the strain of starting all over again. “Middle Of Nowhere” is a must-see! The heartstring-pulling film is in theaters now!
