Almost a year after walking down the aisle Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are due to meet in court today to finalize their divorce.
TMZ reports the couple’s legal team will head to court today to make a decision about their divorce case. Their lawyers will have to tell the judge about what they have done to settle the case or prepare for trial.
Kris Humphries team are reportedly unprepared for the trial and have not taken Kim’s deposition even though the case is today.
It’s thought that the judge will not want to prolong the case, and will force Kris to decide on his next course of action despite his reluctance to settle.
Kanye better have that rock ready, cause we know Kim is already planning that wedding!
