As someone who’s battled the bulge since I was a little girl, being the token big girl had become my role. Tired of huffing and puffing while trying to go upstairs or worse–sitting on the sidelines the entire day at Six Flags because I couldn’t fit a rollercoaster seat helped me make the decision to change my life.
NYLean25 is an interval training program that alternates between short bursts of high intensity activity followed by short rest periods or low intensity activity. Each class is a short 25 minutes and only three days a week. That’s perfect for the average busy-body that doesn’t have enough time to dedicate to fitness. I will be working with Robert Brace, the creator of NYLean25 for the next seven weeks to change the way I eat and learn effective ways to exercise.
