What happens when two fabulous women put their minds together? They come up with wonderful ideas, like VyneWorld.com. Recognizing the need for more positivity on the web, Keesha Boyd and Kailei Richardson decided that VyneWorld would be the space that would allow modern women of color to share and celebrate their success as well as indulge in all things related to fashion, beauty, wellness, career, entertainment, travel, relationships, food and more.

Browsing VyneWorld turns up stories ranging from how to negotiate your next big job to the hottest nail polish colors to rock for Spring that are well researched and presented from the perspective of having a conversation with that girlfriend who is always on top of the latest trends.

However, this is no surprise once you get to know Boyd and Richardson, who are at the top of their game, respectively.

Keesha Boyd has a BA from Emory University and both an MA and MEd from Teachers College – Columbia University in Organizational Psychology and Counseling Psychology. In 2006, she started Psychologically Speaking, an advice and op-editorial blog. When Boyd isn’t working on her blogs or counseling people she enjoys dancing, sports, music and watching movies.

Kailei Richardson has a BA from Emory University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern. In 2005, Kailei started Diva on a Dollar, a blog targeting bargain shoppers. Kailei has a background in digital media and marketing, and has helped several reputable brands and publishers connect with their audiences through mobile, social and digital media. When she isn’t brainstorming for work, Kailei loves shopping, traveling, entertaining and good cuisine.

No wonder these ladies know their stuff. And who says women can’t get along?
