Kris Humphries To File For Separation, Not Divorce

Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband Kris Humphries will not file for divorce despite his wife doing so last month. Instead, he is seeking a legal separation, according to People.

However, don’t assume this means the two are working things out. Reports claim that Kris’ intent is to annul the 72-day marriage altogether, so it is legally declared non-existent.
