With the past few weeks definitely leaving many of us feeling like we need to do more and say more in order to fight for our lives–Cedric The Entertainer included. So on Thursday night, the comedian invited 100 of Black Hollywood’s finest to join him in a town hall meeting at his Los Angeles home to discuss what they all can do to prove that #BlackLivesMatter and help with race relations in the U.S.
Guests included Jesse Williams, Boris Kodjoe, Nicole Ari Parker, Omar Epps, Larenz Tate, T.I., Tina Lawson, Compton Mayor, Tasha Smith, The Game, Aja Brown, Terrence J., Nate Parker, Tisha Campbell-Martin, Niecy Nash, Meagan Good, Kimberly Elise, among many others.
According to TMZ, rapper The Game told the gossip site, “Once we got all of our opinions out and everybody spoke freely, and was allowed to do so, then we got back to the common goal which is saving each other’s lives.”
