Taren Guy, one of our favorite natural hair vloggers, can tell you all the steps you can take with your hair so you can look fabulous and make the right impression on any occasion.
To achieve this look, begin by spraying your hair with a water bottle to dampen it. Then apply a curl-defining mousse (Taren likes to use Beautiful Textures Curl Definer Mousse) to set the hair, add shine and tame some of the frizz.
Next, do a deep sideways part and flat twist the thicker side of your hair to then pin it. After that, twist the finer section at the nape of the neck and pin that section down as well.
Once you’re done, take the remaining part of your hair, twist it and roll it into place.
