Beauties, I have a confession to make: I’m the first to call foul when something is ridiculously over-priced and yet I constantly find myself seduced by expensive beauty products.

From Chanel perfume to Tom Ford lipsticks to Christian Louboutin nail polishes, I justify the desire to make these expensive purchases by telling myself that it’s cheaper than the bags, shoes and sunglasses.

But honestly, can my budget — and that of most of us who are non J.Lo-status — really justify purchasing a $50 bottle of nail polish? [Pause for dramatic emphasis]. The answer is no HELL NO.

Still, I would love to be the proud owner of a rich and lush color to garnish my nails. So when I heard about entrepreneur Lizzy Klein’s new app SuperDuper, I was beyond excited.

The company’s mission is described as “to match the entire makeup universe” to drugstore dupes. So I decided to put them to the test.

I asked the SuperDuper team to match some of fall’s hottest colors from high end designers like Tom Ford, Chanel and Dior and the matches were incredible.

Here’s what they came up with (and just a small sample of what’s available on the app, which you can download here.)

In the market for a bold red? SuperDuper matched Chanel’s Ecorce “Sanguine” perfectly to OPI’s “Romantically Involved.”

Maybe you’re feeling like taking the plunge into purple nails? If you’re into Chanel “Lavanda,” you’ll love SpaRitual’s “Illume.”

If you’re looking for your friends to be green with envy, dupe Christian Louboutin’s “Zermadame” for The Body Shop’s “Green.”

Or maybe you’re into fall’s timeless rich burgundy? Swap Dior Nuit’s “1947” with Covergirl Outlast “Nemesis.”

And if you’re looking to go nude with a negative space mani, swap out Louboutin’s “Madame Est Nue” with OPI’s “Bubble Bath.”

Pretty amazing right?
