Drake has more problems than getting manhandled in Dubai. The “Energy” rapper is being sued by Specticast, the digital distribution company behind the concert film “Drake’s Homecoming:  The Lost Footage.”

According to Specticast, Drake authorized the film and signed a contract which Drake will collect 15% of the profits from the film’s release. In case you missed it, Drake tweeted:

Specticast accused Drake of libel and Drake’s statement caused “damage” to Specticast’s “reputation for providing high quality, fully authorized content.

“Specticast is seeking damages, including punitive damages and a declaration from a Los Angeles Court confirming that its release of the “Drake’s Homecoming:  The Lost Footage” is fully authorized,” said Specticast attorney, Peter Haviland of Ballard Spahr LLP.
