CNN aired a special hosted by Don Lemon and Alisyn Camerota dubbed The Cosby Show: A Legend Under Fire where six alleged victims of sexual assault at the hands of Bill Cosby (Barbara Bowman, Joan Tarshis, P.J. Masten,Victoria Valentino and Kristina Ruehli) were on the roster to share the aftermath of their horrifying experiences and how unfortunate it’s been that he hasn’t come forward.

During their talk, Camerota asked the victims to clarify whether they were shedding light on the alleged abuse for financial gain. They all responded with silence, indicating that money was not the motivation in speaking out, but Joan Tarshis, who talked with Lemon before, said that Cosby gave her $20 for a cab after their encounter.

Lemon observed a distinction that the massive scandal wasn’t “about sex, it’s about power” and all the ladies concurred. One woman in particular even stated: “He’s not even a man. If you have to drug a woman to have sex with her, that’s not even a man. He’s a coward. He’s a despicable coward.” Another woman added, “We all have the same MO with him,” stating how Cosby executed the same pattern with every victim.

The women also wished that accolades such as his Emmy Awards be revoked, that he was right to step down from his alma mater of Temple University, that other victims should continue to voice their stories, as they’ve been in contact with other Cosby victims as well.
